We encourage fans to express their fandom by personalizing select products. For items like jerseys that can be customized, customers can enter their desired name or text in the specified field. However, just because a customization request is submitted doesn't mean it will be approved.

Firebirds reserves the right to decline and cancel any customization request for reasons such as inappropriate or offensive content.

• Expect a wait of up to 2 weeks for custom jersey deliveries.
• All embroidery is done by local vendors.
• If the Name and Number aren't provided when ordering, there might be shipping delays.
• Once a customized order is confirmed and accepted, it's final. Such items can't be modified, canceled, returned, or refunded.
• Please note that the estimated shipping times displayed during payment do not apply to custom orders.
